Lonnie Miller, Principal

​

Lonnie Miller is the owner and principle of eValuations. Lonnie began his career at the Indiana Department of Transportation design division, Location Survey Section. During this time he held a real estate brokers license and took a position within the INDOT Land Acquisition Appraisal Section. While within this division, he obtained experience as a real property r/w appraiser and senior review appraiser working on several key highway systems throughout the State of Indiana.  His experience at INDOT included 17 years leaving in 2006. Lonnie has taken his experience inside INDOT to utilize in the private sector both for eminent domain purposes and equity purposes.

 

Lonnie enjoys time with his wife and two sons and attends Connection Point Christian Church in Brownsburg, Indiana. He was previously on the board of directors and  board president of the Southeast Neighborhood Development Corporation (Fountain Square). He was the corporate chair 2019 Arthritis Foundation Walk to Cure. Lonnie holds an Indiana Certified General Appraiser license and Indiana Real Estate Brokers license.

Dan McCaslin

Dan began his career at the Indiana Department of Transportation in the design division and land acquisition division. Dan has 20 years of experience both in the eminent domain field and equity field. Dan has vast experience with eminent domain appraising and consulting having been associated with many large projects including I-69- Indianapolis to Evansville, Purple Line- Indy Rapid Transit Bus Line, US 31 By-pass- Kokomo and many other projects.  

 

Dan enjoys time with his wife and three daughters. Dan holds an Indiana Residential Appraiser license and a Indiana Real Estate Broker license.

Glenn Dickerson

Glenn has been involved in real property valuation over ten years. He has an extensive background in eminent domain appraising having been a  team member on several large projects including I-69-Indianapolis to Evansville, Purple Line-Indy Rapid Transit Bus Line and many other projects.  His experience includes the completion of reports from non-complex to complex assignments including residue damages.

 

Glenn enjoys time with his wife and two children. Glenn holds an Indiana Certified General Appraiser license.

Nolan Schafer

Nolan is the newest member of our team and brings a background in project management for large commercial and multi-family residential construction projects as well as single family rehabilitation projects. Nolan graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2015. Nolan has a passion for real estate and construction and recently obtained his Indiana Appraiser Trainee license. 

Nolan is recently married and enjoys time playing golf and has been on several mission trips to Brazil and Guatemala where he ministered to children.
